Have you ever wondered......
What your life purpose is?
Who your soulmate is or if you will ever meet?
Who is in your soul group?
Where we go when we die?
What we do when we get there?
Who meets us there?
Would you like to know...
Who You Really Are?
Life Between Lives hypnosis or Spiritual Regression is a method developed by Michael Newton, PhD, author of Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls, which unites you with your Soul. With 40 years of research and 7,000 cases, Dr. Newton found that by accessing the super-conscious mind through hypnosis, clients are able to enter the Spirit world and discover themselves in their soul-state. This experience can have profound healing effects in many areas of one's life. By discovering Who You Really Are, you can come to understand your life and your direction on a much deeper level. Once in the spirit world, we are met by loved ones, guides, teachers and other wise beings who help us evaluate and understand our lives. We get insights that are not available to us through our conscious minds. During your session you can receive healing directly from the spirit world that is more profound than what we can experience otherwise.
What is a Life Between Lives session like?
A Life Between Lives hypnotherapy session, or LBL, lasts about 3 to 4 hours or longer. In an LBL, you are guided back in time through your childhood, into your mother’s womb, and back into a past life. From there you are guided back into the Spirit world, the place you go in between lives. This method provides the easiest entry into the Spirit world.
Once in the Spirit world, you are in your soul-state. Being in this state is an interesting experience as you are now aware of your immortal self or soul. In this state, your conscious mind is still present and can analyze your experience. Although deeply relaxed, you will still be aware and able to remember your session.
How do I prepare for the session?
Having had one successful hypnosis session prior to your LBL is a good idea to confirm that you are able to go into hypnosis.
Before the LBL session, you should make a list of people who have had the most influence on you, positive or negative. This can be family members, relatives, friends, co-workers, etc. The list should contain their first name and a few adjectives describing their personalities.
You should make a list of questions you want answered in your LBL. You will give this list to me the day of the LBL.
The day of the LBL you should not have any caffeine or alcohol. Do not drink a lot of water immediately before the session. You do not want a full bladder before going under hypnosis for 3 to 4 hours. You can take bathroom breaks during the session. You will remain in a light state of hypnosis when you get up and when you come back into the room, you will fall right back to where you were before. This is no problem.
Eat a good meal before the session, so you are not hungry during the session. You may want to bring a snack with you for after the session.
After the session
You should not plan any activities for the rest of the day. You will want to go home or to your hotel room to contemplate your experience. Writing about it, thinking about it or napping is usually a good plan for after the session. Do not plan on driving a very long distance after the session. These sessions are tiring. If you are coming from out of town, it is a good idea to spend that night in a hotel and travel the next day.
I will make cds of the session for you and mail them to you.
How Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy came into my life
A couple of years after becoming a Hypnotherapist, I found myself contemplating the spirit world quite a lot. I wanted to know where we went when we died, what we did there, whom we met there, and what it was like. I could not get these questions out of my mind.
Then, one of my clients sent me an email with the subject line reading, “I want to do this,” and in the message was an article about Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy. This is it! All of the answers to my questions were right here in this type of hypnotherapy. I knew right at that moment why I had become a Hypnotherapist. I was supposed to do this work!
I immediately bought all of Michael Newton’s books, read them and prepared for my first LBL session with this client, who had introduced me to it. I had to wait about 7 months before the training to become a certified LBL Therapist, but she wanted to go ahead and have the session as soon as I was ready. We did it and it went well. It was fascinating.
I went to LBL training in Chicago in September of 2007. I felt lucky to be at that training as it was the last training Michael Newton attended before his retirement. Since then, I have had many incredibly wonderful sessions with clients.
